A new set of visionaries are at it again! Since the 80's we've heard about the "Cedar Ave. Connector" to Pacific Ave. At least thats when you had a thriving club district and many entertainment options. So what's there now to experience on a daily basis? Weed, vape, tacos, pizza, cheesesteaks, dead peoples junk, all bracketed in by mysterious empty storefronts, abandoned structures but now with the new spectacle of the most tasteless condos imagineable.
