A local Stone Harbor resident always blame second- home owners for all the overspending by the borough. I don’t remember hearing anything about second-home owners being allowed to vote Now we know who is to blame. It is residents like that person who tries to blame second-home owners instead of taking ownership of not paying attention to what the mayor and council are doing. He admits to not being at a council meeting for over a year, but wants to blame people that only pay taxes but have no say who gets elected or passes ordinances. Take responsibility instead of blaming others.
