A hunter gatherer force motivated by body count incentives is ICE. There is no intention of law enforcement. It is bound by personal loyalty to an individual with executive powers enabled by a party of sheepish white politicians. There is no observation of the oaths to defend the Constitution nor the desire perform the duties of office. We are no longer safe or secure.
