A hotel on the ferry grounds is an unacceptable land use! Development should not be considered for a conservation area, nor should the area be rezoned for the financial convenience of the DRBA. That small area cannot handle the summer traffic as it is, let alone adding in hotel traffic. The local roads are widely used by walkers, runners and cyclists, and adding more traffic is a recipe for disaster. This an easy "no" that needs to be stressed by locals. Leave our bayside alone!
