A certain SUV on Arctic/ Hand Ave must know someone. While the rest of us get parking tickets for blocking our own driveway (which we're allowed to do), this person can park every single night and day at a stop sign. Either they have a daily ticket and don't care, they're in the know or WW police enforce parking issues when they feel like it.
