A guard in AV appears more focused on socializing and his ego than watching the water. Other guards from tried to get him to keep swimmers in front of his stand as they were being taken by the strong current, but he responded dismissively with his arms waving them off, climbed on his chair, and started dancing while paying little attention to the water. I also overheard him tell a senior guard that came by, "Dude, don't tell me what to do." Given the dangerous conditions, this behavior seemed unprofessional and unsafe. Please address this situation.
