58,220 American servicemen died in the Vietnam War. The war was executed without legislative review. Memorials and park assemblies are a sham without the War Powers Act observance created to remember the costs in life of war. Congress has failed those 58,220 which we really ignore now as Trump conducts the war on behalf of his interests without engagement of the law.
