25 people were shot in Chicago over Memorial Day Weekend as violent "teen takeovers" took over the city. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson: "We cannot incarcerate our way out of violence . . . it is racist and immoral." Well he hasn't put forth any real solutions to black crime in black cities. Calling EVERYTHING "racist" is lazy and instantly turns people off. It ALSO downplays true acts of racism.
