08/03/26: The Avalon "meltdown" (another one) on the road conditions in town, especially 42nd Street and to try driving down that street in a golf cart. I love the Avalon "meltdowns" and cannot wait to read them when this McMcMc Mansion is under construction on Dune Drive. A 17,694 square foot monstrosity coming Avalon's way soon! Read the article in The Herald today. Unbelievable! But then again, this is Avalon.....Cooler by a Mile!
