Many owners, me included, own several vacation properties and I am within ten minutes of my rentals. I never have issues with my neighbors or guests. Ours is not a money grab but they are solid investments for my family. Your one-sided opinion of vacation rentals is mostly wrong. One other note. I did long term rentals and they are a nightmare. Long term/year-round renters created their own problems. By the way, my properties are booked solid for this season. ENJOY LT
