North Cape May - To a person with Pennsylvania plates who missed the turn on Nummytown Road, next time, find a safe place to make a u-turn instead of reversing on Breakwater. They forced a dump truck to swerve around them into oncoming traffic. Their reckless driving could have killed someone.
