I hear the Back Bay project is costing the city over $1 million

Wildwood - I hear the Back Bay project is costing the city over $1 million to get it ready for the DEP regulations. When it passes inspection, then the city can collect the $1 million we sold it for. We are grading the property and removing toxic waste, etc. Doesn't sound like a great deal for the city.
