Rio Grande - I have been told a couple times that I am not the brightest bulb in the box, but I know who is. The thousands of motorists who drive around at night with aftermarket headlights. These new breeds of bulbs can do ultra white at 12,000-plus lumens. What happens to me after I pass a driver? I get to play Manfred Mann's "Blinded by the Light" and see spots for a couple seconds unless I look away. Back in the day, bright lights meant one was pickled, an easy money maker for the state, especially with aftermarket fog lights, radiating 270-plus degrees of 12,000-plus lumens. Please save my eyes!
