Villas - Anyone that has a dog knows that they bark to protect their territory. People that don't like dogs should live in the country on a large property far away from Villas. Dogs barking during the day and early evening are normal. If it is after 11 p.m., then they can make an issue. I am sick of my neighbors calling the police and animal control because my dog barks. If a dog is outside in the freezing cold, that is one thing, but stop harassing people because their dog is doing what dogs do naturally.
