Wildwood / North Wildwood - To a Rio Grande spouter: The U.S. Census Bureau projections show a slower growing, older, more diverse nation by 2060. The non-Hispanic white population was 197.8 million in 2012, and is expected to be 180.1 by 2060. The Hispanic population was 53.3 million in 2012, and is expected to be 128.8 by 2060. The black population was 41.2 million in 2012, and is expected to be 61.8 by 2060. The Asian population was 15.9 in 2012, and is expected to be 34.4 million by 2060. While the non-Hispanic white population will remain the largest group, no group will make up a majority of the U.S. population.
