Villas - I know Cape May County seems to really only concentrate on the tourists, but I think they should put a little more interest in the children who reside here. It's way overwhelming. A rehabilitation center would be great, but I know they don't want to scare the tourists away. It seems to be a little bit easier just to throw them in the county jail.
