Cape May - Ex-cop Campbell gets no jail time for embezzlement. This is a disgrace. He steals all this money, lives lavishly, has timeshares, and a $500 Christmas tree. What a joke. He says he does it because of "stress." He should be in jail and then he would know stress. He is a disgrace to the badge.
