North Wildwood - On Nov. 14, Public Works allowed several employees to leave without clocking out and taking their own vehicle (liability) to go to a supposed union matter that only pertained to one of them. The real kicker is that Public Works did not have a supervisor in the building all day. One supervisor left early, one was out, one was at school and the director was hunting. Is that even policy? Does City Hall know what is going on in Public Works, or do they just go by reports?
