Cold Spring - Regarding a spouter questioning why the parking at Walmart has been lessened, she stated that she couldn't get an answer. I asked an employee who was gathering carts what was going on. He stated that they are making 200 more parking spaces for the store. I questioned when it would be completed. He stated January 2018! Less parking for Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas!
