Middle Township - Some elected officials brag about wasting Open Space funds on projects that don't preserve any open space. It is about time that the Open Space funds are spent only on open space preservation. Preserve golf courses to prevent homes from ruining them, buy up the Grassy Sound shacks and tear them down to improve the scenery, preserve the many remaining wooded areas, fields, and farms before someone tries to build more houses on them. Stop wasting Open Space funds on bike paths, athletic fields, etc.
