Our open space taxes are out of control.

Avalon - Our open space taxes are out of control. Every one of us pays a yearly tax for open space in the county, but the money is spent on playground equipment, running tracks, bike paths, parks, memorials and playground equipment. It's obvious that the county is collecting too much money, as they have a bank balance of $11 million. Stop being Santa Claus and lower our taxes. If all the open space has been bought, then give us our tax money back.
