Stone Harbor - We can live with loud hammers, saws, and congested, parked trailers all over our neighborhoods, but try living daily with music blaring two houses away and the loud, rude profanities being used every other word by some contractors. I can tolerate a hammer, it is the F-bomb which is offensive.
