Swainton - Tim Donohue put an article in the Herald about all the ways he plans to exploit the Open Space fund without actually preserving any open space. He does not mention preserving acreage even once. Preserving land to prevent new houses from being built on it should be the top priority for Middle Township. Donohue shouldn't advocate wasting limited open space funds on projects that don't preserve any open space.
