Wildwood - Just how do pizza places get away with putting various pizzas out all day with no proper temperature to prevent spoilage? Some of them use pies from the previous night. For that matter, when are these places inspected at all? Same goes for food carts. How do places get away with selling unrefrigerated or unheated foods at certain events, or chili or cheese sauce on a boiling hot day?
