Another month, another tourism amenity paid for by the residents

Town Bank - Another month, another tourism amenity paid for by the residents of Cape May County to benefit the few. Freeholders and councils tout "it's grant money." Let them tell us where grant money comes from, and to who it was paid out. Tell us what the cost will be to the residents for years to come and what is returned to the residents. Why not have the tourism industry pay for the amenities and use our money to create good-paying jobs with benefits for the residents?
