Why does Cape May County Technical School cost taxpayers $26,265

Dennis Township - Why does Cape May County Technical School cost taxpayers $26,265 per student while Middle Township High School only cost taxpayers $18,506 per student? Shouldn't all students deserve the same quality of education? Why should one school get to spend more per student than another school, especially since not all students who apply full time to the technical school are accepted? All students deserve to have an equal opportunity to attend the school they want and to receive an equal education, especially since they are a public school funded by taxpayers.
