Since the week before Fourth of July, my section of neighborhood

Erma - Since the week before Fourth of July, my section of neighborhood has been celebrating with fireworks. Even though it's illegal, the police do nothing to curb them. They have continued on all summer. People have no respect for the fact others may have small children to put to bed, pets that have noise anxiety and cause damage to their homes and themselves, or the fact that some people actually work weekends, some even first thing in the morning. Please be considerate of your neighbors!
