Stone Harbor - To the editor, you are right about the minutes from Oct. 4, 2016, but since then there has been no further update. Since that meeting, the electric company has been sold. All bets are off. The electric company will do what they want and can't be trusted. We'll believe them when we see wooden poles replaced one by one with the same size in the same hole. How about those areas that have underground lines? Are they going to dig them up to replace them? Remember what the electric company previously said, underground utilities are too difficult to repair and are not reliable. Baloney!
