Shawcrest - As a resident of Shawcrest, I was crabbing behind the MUA plant and noticed two workers mixing paint and then painting a piece of equipment. While crabbing with my grandkids, we started breathing in the vapors and then seeing the mist of the paint landing on the marsh. This agency should know better. What else are they doing that the public isn't aware of?
