Cape May - Gov. Christie declared Aug. 31 Overdose Awareness Day. Isn't he a day late and a dollar short with this proclamation? Instead of waiting until the end of the month to declare this day, how about better preparing everyone earlier in August to bring this ever growing issue to light?
