I think the editor misunderstood the point of the Cape May spout

Avalon - I think the editor misunderstood the point of the Cape May spouter about able-bodied people using handicap placards to park close to the beach. It's not about whether the meter gets fed, it's about the unconscionable use of a spot designated for those that need a little help by those who feel they can game the system. Let's hope these people don't ever need a handicap space themselves one day.
