Wildwood Crest - I sent my nephew to the market in Diamond Beach Aug. 16. He is 30, clean-cut, dresses neatly, and wears a baseball cap backward as most young men do. A Lower Twp. police officer said to him, "Turn your cap around." Can anyone tell me what the offense was? The only thing I could surmise was that this was a Phillies cap and Diamond Beach has become a mecca for New Yorkers.
