Sea Isle City - Beach patrol did a great job with the Island Run. Thousands of runners. I asked a couple of lifeguards where all the entry money went, thinking it would be a charity. They laughed and said their pensions. I called City Hall and they didn't know where the money went either. Any clarification would be nice.
