Cape May Beach - Our diplomats in Cuba are being subjected to some kind of mystery electronic attacks adversely affecting their health. I am surprised nobody has mentioned similar attacks were visited upon our diplomats in Moscow toward the end of the Cold War in the late 80s if I recall correctly.
