Sea Isle City, the U.S. Army Corp.

Sea Isle City - Sea Isle City, the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers, and the out-of-state dredging contracting company all have some degree of responsibility for the recent drownings in town. The replenishment has altered the slope of the beach and greatly exacerbated the rip currents, wave angles, and sea floor contours; i.e., drop offs and sand walls. All very predictable and could have been remedied. A good wrongful death and survivor action suit should be undertaken against the above parties.
