MUA executive director delayed the onset of contract negotiation

Swainton - MUA executive director delayed the onset of contract negotiations and is refusing to give anything to the bargaining unit employees! Then we get notified that they have promoted three non-bargaining unit employees. Is it a coincidence that those promoted are part of NJWEA, one being the incoming president? Not only is he getting more money but he gets in excess of 30 paid days off a year to attend meetings and such. Remember, we are without a contract and it is August!
