Villas - I remember when the mayor, manager and code officer said they were going to go after all these illegal renters and their landlords. There are so many renting houses that don't follow Lower Twp. codes and 99 percent are absentee landlords. Our neighborhoods are being invaded by non-caring renters; no wonder there are so many for sale signs.
