I was driving down Central Ave.

Sea Isle City - I was driving down Central Ave. and about six young men darted out from the park on bicycles. They were heading straight toward my moving car, popping wheelies and acting smug. I was forced to come to a complete stop and there was a car behind me. Afterward, I went to the grocery store, then headed down Landis Ave. to go home. This time a bicyclist pulled right out in front of me. It was a miracle that I didn't hit them.
