Wildwood - I have lived in Sandman Towers for over a year and am tired of being treated like a second-class citizen. They are spending thousands to repaint the building, putting a no-smoking ban in place, which includes the unit you pay rent on. What I do in my unit is my business, as long as I am not doing illegal things like selling drugs. I am a nonsmoker, but think this is wrong.
