Rio Grande - I read about the Beach Drive controversy with interest. How many people have been injured by vehicles? How many car accidents? The police chief endorsed this project, why? Lower loves to waste taxpayer's money. Remember, they could have saved at least $1 million dollars a year by disbanding the LTMUA.
