Avalon - A recent spout claims that only three U.S. Intelligence agencies concluded that Russia interfered in the election. That claim is based on a report dated Jan. 6, 2017, by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. That report was, in fact, the work of three agencies, the FBI, the CIA, and the National Security Agency. However, an Oct. 7, 2016, report by the Department of Homeland Security and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on election security stated that 17 agencies determined that interference in the election was directed by the Russian government.
