What is up with the Lower Twp. Construction Office?

Villas - What is up with the Lower Twp. Construction Office? I have been waiting well over a month for a building permit. I call and leave messages and never get a return phone call back. Even went down to the office to be told that the lady who takes care of it was "on vacation" and would get back to me when she returned. That never happened. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he was out of the building. Why do I pay taxes if I can't even get what I need from them? I think the township needs to do some rehiring! My next call is to the state!
