Stone Harbor - Is it now OK to enjoy an alcoholic beverage on the beach in Stone Harbor? I know people have always enjoyed a beer or a cocktail on the beach but at least prior to this year, they were discreet. Red solo cups, or a koozie disguised the can or bottle. But this season, I have seen so many more groups enjoying adult beverages in plain sight ... strolling along the water's edge swigging a brew ... what is going on?
