I was staying at our shore home in Villas over the Fourth of Jul

Villas - I was staying at our shore home in Villas over the Fourth of July week on Langs Ave. I see an absentee landlord rental house is even worse than ever with the non-stop party house. How can the year-round people who live there take it? Now there's a puppy there barking all the time. This rental has turned into almost around the clock people coming and going. I did talk to a few of the neighbors who live on that street, and they said the landlord will not help. Something has to be done. I didn't buy this home to listen and see all this everytime I stay here.
