Wildwood - Keep right except to pass. That seems like a pretty simple idea, but for some reason, there are hundreds of people who do not follow this simple law. There are even signs that remind people to keep right except to pass on the Parkway and AC Expressway. Probably half of the people crying about somebody tailgating them were driving in the passing lane and were too stubborn or ignorant to pull to the right. All they have to do is keep right except to pass. Don't worry about how fast other drivers are going.
