Lower Township - Major kudos to the family that rescued the dog that had fallen overboard about a mile off Higbee's Beach. The boat owner apparently had no clue where the dog had fallen off and was nowhere in the area when you found it. His wife was on the beach and we overheard your conversation after he had directed you to take the dog to shore. It was exhausted and lucky that you happened upon it.
