Wildwood - It seems people consider dogs and bicycles on the boardwalk OK. When I asked the people not to hang out in front of my restaurant so counter diners would not be bothered the reply was "they're allowed till noon." Regardless I now see them (often multiple dogs) being walked right onto the boardwalk at night into crowds of people so I guess it doesn't matter anyway.
