Erma - The only true opposition to the Beach Drive project, is the homeowners who live along the bay, do not want, what they would call an invasion, of residents and tourists alike. They live in the mega mansions and have great views of the beach and sunsets, but want to keep it all to themselves. They park on the street to tie up parking spaces, although they all have driveways, and now the hype about sidewalks, additional parking and safer access to the beach has them scared. The facts are being twisted and you need to realize, this is township property, and belongs to everyone, not just a few.
