Cold Spring - I went to park my scooter on the "Handicap Pad" at Lifeguard Headquarters and found that the pad was reduced in size to about one-quarter of what it was last year and the walkway down to the beach also was reduced to about half of the distance it was last year. I hope that as the season unfolds the city will increase the pad size and increase the walkway length so that all handicap beachgoers can enjoy Cape May.
