Ocean City - Beginning in 2018, beachgoers should refuse to purchase beach tags for South Jersey beaches until they become smoke-free. The resources to kick us all off the beach for not having tags would force lawmakers to make all South Jersey's beaches smoke free and enjoyable for non-smokers.
